Need Help Finding some Specific mods (No idea what i'm doing lol).

Hey, i'm looking for two specific mods. One being a mod that would fix a spawn point in matchmaking (As fixing the enemies to a single spawn point). And one to change game modes, like to change it to domination, etc. If these are common let me know, i would really appreciate it if someone would direct me to some.

(Also i'd appreciate if these mods had an interface that was accessible, but i'm also open to learning.)
