Uninstalling

Hey there, How do you uninstall a OUTDATED or DETECTED Hack from your computer so VAC does not detect it on my computer, I have some OLD ones that I want to get rid of, If you can tell me a basic step-by-step process I would be very happy, thanks for reading and helping!

Quick question, what is a good way to reduce my chances of getting a VAC Ban? Also if its a program what does the program do?
